The workspace Guide me feature helps prepare a quote, invoice, document request or unpaid-invoice follow-up. This help window gives instructions; progress inside the workspace follows saved records.

Step-by-step guide

1. Open Today and select Guide me, or Ask NovaTek → Take action → Guide me.
2. Choose a goal and the correct customer. Add the contact first if necessary.
3. Follow the displayed step and review any prefilled information. Save the draft or document in its normal form.
4. Use Refresh progress to check saved work. A saved draft has not been sent. Close guide ends guidance without deleting records.
