Review event-driven follow-up rules

Rules prepare follow-up work; they do not send external messages.

Step-by-step guide

1. Open More → Automations. Enable the desired overdue-invoice, accepted-quote or signed-package rules and save.
2. After cloud synchronization, use Evaluate now. Check whether scheduled evaluation is configured before relying on a background schedule.
3. Review each source from the Automation inbox, perform the needed action and mark it complete. Turning a rule off cancels pending actions; completed actions are not repeated.
