How do I keep a copy of my business records?

Use the export or backup controls available to your authorized role. A document export and a full recovery backup have different scopes.

Step-by-step guide

1. Check the business and date range before exporting supported reports or records.
2. Save files in your business’s secure storage and check that the export opens and contains the expected information.
3. For full account recovery or deletion requests, contact NovaTek. Keep encrypted backups and private recovery keys separately; do not put either into this chat.
