Prepare grouped immigration form drafts

Reviewed:

An authorized administrative case; form choices and legal strategy determined outside the assistant where professional judgment is required. Use the controls available to your role and account; this guide does not perform the task.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Open Non-Lawyer Immigration Services and create or select the case.
  2. Add each applicant, petitioner, spouse, child or sponsor as a separate named person with a reviewed role.
  3. Type or use supported upload, scan or photo intake, then review extracted information.
  4. Upload evidence, assign a primary owner and link additional relevant people.
  5. Choose supported form drafts and confirm each edition and person mapping.
  6. Map reviewed fields; resolve missing or conflicting information separately for each person.
  7. Review the generated drafts and supported editable fields.
  8. Check evidence, signatures, fees, deadlines and submission route with an appropriately qualified professional where required.
  9. Export or save through the supported workflow and track the administrative next steps.
