Organize your workforce using the business and branch hierarchy. Personnel changes require an Internet connection.

Step-by-step guide

1. Open More → HR & People. Owners add employees, choose their branch, department and reporting manager. Link an accepted teammate for self-service; permissions remain managed separately in Branches.
2. Use Organization to choose parent branches within the same business. A parent branch does not automatically gain access to child-branch personnel.
3. Assign onboarding tasks, request leave and submit hours. A different manager reviews their own employee requests. Open Payroll preparation to export approved hours for a selected date range.
