Start with priorities, then open the right workspace.

Step-by-step guide

1. Today shows urgent work and saved customer birthdays. Dashboard is below Today, followed by Business Guardian.
2. Use Clients for customer records, Work for service delivery and Money for finance. Under Your shortcuts, choose Edit and a suggested layout or individual tools.
3. More contains the User Guide and other tools. Settings stays at the bottom. Shortcut choices do not grant permissions.
